Shipping and Handling

In addition to order costs, Shipping and Handling Fees will also be charged to the retailer`s credit card by XCIDIA. Before ordering, please use our Shipping Calculator to estimate actual shipping costs.

XCIDIA utilizes EMS, an express shipping service operated by Japan's federal postal service, to ensure shipping accountability, safety, and efficiency in the delivery of your order.

Customs Charges & Duty Taxes

Customs charges and duty taxes will be charged to the retailer directly by the US Postal Service, separate from the order charges and shipping/handling fee charged by XCIDIA. Depending on the types of products ordered, customs charges and duty taxes will vary.

Order Cancellation

Before sending an order to a supplier, please ensure your order is correct (quantity, color, etc.). Order modification/cancellation may or may not be available depending on the amount of time passed since order placement. In cases when cancellation is possible, cancellation fees may apply.
